  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not personaly reside upon my Cure, I reside at Tiverton. I have no Curate resident; for I serve my Cure myself two Sundays in a Month. My Cure <has been> servd the other two by a Clergyman that lives about a mile off.

  2. Other benefices: I have more than one Benefice. The Rectory of Hawkridge with the Chapel of Withypool annexed, in the Diocese of Bath & Wells.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service in the Churches of Tiverton as Curate to the Provost & Fellows of King's College in Cambridge, two Sundays in the month. The others at my Church of Clyst St Lawrence

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Sunday with a Sermon in the morning & afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four Times in the year, of which Easter is always one, Number of Communicants about thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Afternoon from Whitsunday to Michaelmas generaly, or untill every Child is deem'd by me to be very perfect.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel in good Repair, the Churchyard well kept; & all Things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses.

  9. Number of families: Not more then fifteen I believe.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: A Benefaction of £20 formerly, but now reduced to £10 by whom given I know not, the Interest of which is annualy distributed to poor Laborers in Husbandry in the said Parish.

    Priest's orders and institution: Institution to Clyst St Lawrence bears Date, the second Day of March one thousand seven hundred & sixty five.
    The Date of my Priest's Orders... the seventeenth Day of June one thousand seven hundred & fifty three.
